正女性的阴道分泌物正常时多无明显味道，但若处于排卵期，阴道分泌物量较多，若未及时更换内裤，可能会出现轻微酸味，一般只要无明显腥臭、瘙痒等不适，一般是正常情况，此时需多注意卫生。若女性阴道分泌物伴明显腥臭味，可能与细菌性或滴虫性阴道炎有关；若分泌物伴恶臭，还可能与子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌等有关。当出现以上情况时，建议及时就医查明原因后再进行诊治。
