[求医问药] 包皮过长一定要割么？有没有其他方法解决？

根据描述的情况，应该是没必要的。你女朋友愿意给你口，多半没什么问题，应该不存在异味之类的问题。一般如果包皮过长，完全盖住龟头，导致生活不便，尿不出来，就是说包皮口太细，才必须去割，不然普通人的包皮还能保护龟头呢。关键是注意及时清洁冠状沟，不要有包皮垢，尤其是包皮长时间包住龟头时，容易得包皮炎，那种瘙痒的感觉，贼酸爽，建议不要尝试。如果，真的介意，可以问问医生，尝试一下包皮阻复环。
